AppleUsers.org is proud to announce the launch of our new digital format (aka PDF) magazine, the AppleUsers Spotlight, which will be distributed, free of charge, via Australian Apple User Groups.
The AppleUsers Spotlight was launched on July 28, 2009 at the iMug Monthly Meeting and a copy of the first, 50-page bumper, issue has been made publicly available on the AppleUsers Spotlight page.
Future issues will only be available to members of participating Australian Apple User Groups and will be approximately 30 pages long.
Each issue will be written and produced by Apple Users for Apple Users and will contain a number of feature articles, along with some regular columns;
- Monthly Contest, with some great prizes, including the latest MacBundles offering
- Reviews of books, software and hardware for Mac OS X, iPhone & iPod users
- Recommendations of great Shareware, Demo, Free & Open Source software for Mac OS X
- Listing of Apple User Group and related groups presentations & meetings for the forthcoming month
- Various Discounts available exclusively to members of Apple User Groups
If your User Group would like to register to receive the User ID and Password needed to access the Spotlight Archive, please complete our Apple User Group Registration form and mention in the Comments section you’d like to access the Spotlight Archive. Registration will also provide your group with access to other resources from AppleUsers.org such as our Disc of the Month titles.
